Good things (including hen party essentials) take a little time.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days, with delivery depending on your location. This means that you can expect to receive your package within the following timelines:
- Singapore: 3–6 working days from date of order
- Malaysia: 7-12 working days from date of order
- Others: Please contact us if we do not deliver to your region, and we will try our best to arrange this!
If you’re planning a bachelorette party, hen weekend, or wedding celebration, we recommend ordering early so everything arrives before the chaos begins.

Of course, we’re not sending hen party chaos in a plastic bag.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are ready to gift, unwrap, or immediately use for your bachelorette party setup.

We’ll do our best to make sure your plans don’t turn into a last-minute panic.
If your bachelorette party is coming up soon, please place your order early and contact us after checkout, we’ll try our best to prioritise where possible.

Because most Henpacked items are created for specific celebrations (and often time-sensitive events like hen parties and wedding weekends), we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
We want your bachelorette party to go exactly as planned, no chaos unless it’s the fun kind.
